Each piece is a unique work of art, no two exactly the same. Imperfection including speckling is part of the nature and character of Chinese pottery and porcelain. Minor variation of color/shape/size is normal for hand-made products.
As a small business, we can only accept returns for store credit. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
